The best time to phone me is between 9am-11am. I will not answer any calls from withheld numbers.

If I happen to be otherwise engaged, leave a voice-message or send a text (no one liners), and I shall endeavour to respond as soon as it is convenient for me to do so.

I conduct my sessions from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30am and 6:00pm. Although I am available some evenings, I prefer to reserve these for my familiar and long-term playthings. Saturdays by prior arrangement only, and strictly never Sundays.

I do not take ‘same day’ appointments; it shows disrespect on your part to assume that I have nothing better to do than to sit around waiting for you to arrange a session with me! Arrangements will be made at least 24 hours in advance, with the occasional exception of isolated emergencies from my long-term pets.
